CEP 1100 History

The current local 1100 of CEP started life as a Nabet Local.

We then became our own Union known as the Canadian Association of Broadcast Employees, still representing only the employees of CHCH-TV in Hamilton, Ontario.

 

In 2003 it was decided that we should merge with, and thus become part of, the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada.
